"Classic Encounter" $175

Our Classic Encounter package is a bohemian chic pop-up picnic that will ensure an exquisite experience you will not forget. This encounter includes:

  • Low table

  • Table settings for each guest which includes plates, silverware, glassware, and napkins

  • Pouf seating

  • Assortment of pillows

  • Rugs/Blankets

  • LaCroix water, one per guest

  • Candle/boho floral decor

  • Personalized chalkboard message

  • Bluetooth Speaker

 

We set up and tear down so all you and your party need to do is show up and make beautiful memories!

 

This package includes 2 hr rental priced for 2 guests (additional guests can be added at an additional cost of $25 pp). Add-ons available upon request.

"Cozy Encounter" $195

Our Cozy Encounter package includes everything that our Classic Encounter picnic offers but adds an 8 ft. teepee tent decorated to enhance the coziness of your experience. This encounter includes:

  • Low table

  • Table settings for each guest which includes plates, silverware, glassware, and napkins

  • Pouf seating

  • Assortment of pillows

  • Rugs/Blankets

  • LaCroix water, one per guest

  • Candle/boho floral decor

  • Personalized chalkboard message

  • Bluetooth Speaker

  • Teepee tent with:

  • Rugs, pillows, and boho floral decor

"Encounter under the Stars" $250

The Encounter under the Stars package is a bohemian backyard movie setup that will exceed all your movie night expectations.  Whether you are coming together with family and friends or looking for a way to get creative on date night, this package will not disappoint. Add on our assorted popcorn bar to complete the experience. This encounter includes:

  • Multiple rugs/blankets

  • Pouf seating

  • Side tables

  • Assortment of pillows

  • Lighting

  • Projector Screen and projector

This package includes 2 1/2 rental priced for 4 guests (additional guests can be added at an additional cost of $25 pp). Add-ons available upon request.

Our Romantic Encounter package is the perfect way to say, “you mean so much to me.” Nothing spells romance like a candlelit picnic setup with a pathway of rose petals set for a party of 2.  Add fresh florals and warm lighting with a personalized message to your significant other and allow us to create an experience that will last a lifetime. A couple’s game is included in this package which allows you to reconnect with your partner to make beautiful new memories. This package is perfect for proposals, date nights, anniversaries, and other special occasions.  Add on chocolate covered apples/strawberries to “sweeten” the ambiance. This encounter includes:
